Green starts here – sustainable campus dining in 2025

2024 was a remarkable year for the Catering team, and we’re incredibly proud of our achievements! Not only have we renewed our 3-star rating with the Sustainable Restaurant Association, but we’ve also earned Fairtrade Accreditation as a university, receiving 2 out of 3 stars. 
We’re committed to continuing our sustainable practices across campus, offering students eco-friendly food and beverage options all year round.

Campus cafes events this October

This October, the University of Plymouth Catering team is serving up exciting food-themed events, tastings and specials across campus. From British Food Fortnight and Fairtrade celebrations to Halloween treats, there’s something tasty for everyone to enjoy.
British Food Fortnight – 26 September - 12 October
Celebrate the best of the South West! Did you know 75% of our food and drink is sourced locally from Devon and Cornwall? Support local farmers and producers by enjoying fresh, seasonal dishes across our campus cafés.
